Product Introduction
The surface tension test pen is a quick tool for testing the wetting tension of the material surface. At present, the basic materials found in life, the surface generally needs to know the surface energy value before processing, in order to know whether the next process can be produced. For example, plastic parts, steel, glass, ceramics, etc. The surface of these materials is inert. Before printing, gluing, bonding, compounding, etc., it is necessary to understand the wetting tension of the plastic surface in order to carry out the necessary pretreatment before ensuring the stability of the new product. Sex. For example, plastic film is a kind of non-polar material. If it is used as food packaging, it needs compounding, gluing, aluminum plating, printing and other processes. Generally, the wet tension of the surface of plastic film is less than 36dy/cm. If it is not detected, it will be directly processed. Process, it is very likely that the finished product will have a phenomenon that the adhesive layer is easy to tear, the aluminum foil is not firmly adsorbed, and the ink is easily peeled off after printing. If the surface wetting tension reaches 36 dy/cm or more after treatment, the situation is greatly improved and the quality is guaranteed. The development and use of new international materials has never been developed. The combination of metal and plastic, plastic and paper, conductive materials and non-conductive materials will involve the magnitude and balance of surface tension values. The surface tension test pen is an indispensable tool for improving product quality, saving costs, investing less, detecting accurately, and reducing losses.
Method to Use
The surface tension test pen is perpendicular to the surface of the material to be tested, and a straight line is uniformly drawn on the surface. If the line is continuous and there is no shrinkage, the surface tension of the object has reached the tension value of the test pen. If it is intermittent and condensed into small drops of water, it indicates that the tension value of the test pen has not been reached.
Method for determining the dyne value
Use Dyne to draw a line on the surface of the material. After 2~3 seconds, observe whether it shrinks and condenses into water droplets. If there is a shrinking water bead, change the Dyne pen of the lower level value and draw a straight line until it does not shrink, and there is no waterdrop point to determine the surface tension value of the object.
